Took well over an hour to finally get through to a receptionist. Four day wait for a telephone triage appointment. ITS A GOOD JOB IM NOT DYING!!!!

More suitable appointments including Saturdays and evenings. Should not take so long to get appointments. Continuity of care is poor can never see same doc unless you wait 2-3 weeks!!

Lady behind reception always helpful and friendly (Karen). All staff are always good I cannot see what else is left to do.
